Develops policy proposals for review by the Faculty Assembly. Acts as the steering committee of the Faculty Assembly. Members are the Vice President for Academic Affairs (Chairman), the Associate Dean, each academic divisional chairman or administrative division, and one member elected at large from the teaching staff by the Faculty Assembly. (This election is for a one-year term, and takes place at the first meeting of the Faculty Assembly each year).
