Includes personal and official routine correspondence primarily to and from American writers, including Louisa May Alcott, Christopher Morley, H.L. Mencken, Bertrand Russell, Carl Sandburg, Upton Sinclair, and Erle Stanley Garnder. Collected by Harvey E. Lemmen.
