Administrative History

National Retail Furniture Association (U.S.), the professional association for the home furnishings industry, held institutes open to representatives from retail stores handling a stock of furniture, draperies or floor coverings for sale at retail. C. Reid Webber was managing director and organizer of the Second Session of the National Retail Furniture Institute and an advertising and sales counselor, operating the organization of Webber Advertising Associates in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
