The collection is mounted on blank pages in a volume with the cover from Twenty famous naval battles by Edward Kirk Rawson, 1899. The scrapbook contains correspondence to Gibson from publishers and book sellers on letterhead, sketches, bookplates, announcements, and illustrated catalogs.
